2. Service Description

LingoCompass provides AI-assisted language learning services, including analysis, mistake tracking, and learning guidance.

3. Account & Security

You are responsible for providing accurate information and safeguarding your account.

If you notice unauthorized use, contact contact@lingocompass.tech.

4. Usage & Subscription Rules

  • Unregistered users: access to only 1 featured video; no AI analysis.
  • Registered users (no invite code): featured videos only; no AI analysis.
  • Registered + invite code: access to all videos; AI analysis with quota limits.
  • Paid plans: daily AI quota + monthly AI credits according to your plan.

5. AI Quota & Billing Rules

  • AI analysis (failure-segment analysis) consumes 1 quota per analysis.
  • Sentence analysis consumes 1 quota per new analysis.
  • Refine analysis (follow-up feedback) consumes 1 quota per request.
  • Repeated views of an already-generated sentence result under the same account usually do not consume quota again (subject to actual system policy).
  • Quota consumption uses daily quota first, then total credits when applicable.

6. AI Output

AI output is for learning reference only and does not constitute professional advice.

We do not guarantee AI output is accurate or complete.

7. Prohibited Activities

  • Disrupting the service or system operations.
  • Unauthorized access to other users’ data.
  • Using the service for illegal purposes or content.

8. Changes or Termination

We may change or terminate the service for reasonable reasons and will notify users when possible.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or special damages.

Service interruptions or errors may occur; we will make reasonable efforts to fix them.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

Disputes should be resolved through negotiation; otherwise, submitted to a competent court.
